Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


As an Online Client Service Manager at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will be responsible for managing the online client service operations to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to client inquiries and service requests through email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Monitor client feedback and take necessary actions to improve the overall client experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients. 6. Develop and implement online client service strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide relevant insights to the team. 8. Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for new team members.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 4. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Familiarity with online customer service platforms and social media management tools.
