Online Client Service Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and reliable Online Client Service Officer to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position with one year of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online client service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or social media promptly and professionally - Manage client accounts and update information as needed - Assist in resolving client issues and complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote company products and services online - Monitor online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve online client engagement - Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions - Meet performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online client service role - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Reliability and ability to work independently - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms - Ability to adapt to changing technologies and platforms
