Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Service Officer to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming client inquiries through various online platforms. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries. 3. Maintain client records and update client information as needed. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service delivery. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 6. Assist clients with online transactions and resolve any technical issues they may encounter. 7. Implement and maintain client service best practices.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Proven experience in online client service. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Hardworking and motivated individual. 9. Strong cooperation and people management skills.
