Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:


As an Online Client Service Officer at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. Your main duty will be to assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and any other concerns they may have related to our online services. You will also be tasked with resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner - Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Ability to research and find solutions to customer inquiries - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
