Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Online Client Service Representative to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire online service process - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns and provide solutions to problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide technical support and troubleshoot any online platform issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the online client experience

Requirements: - Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
