Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Manage client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Educate clients on our products and services, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive online sales and revenue growth. - Monitor and analyze online customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve our clients.

Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to persuade and influence clients towards desired outcomes. - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
