Job Description:


As an Online Client Service Specialist at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the online sphere. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries through various online platforms, resolving any client issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for upselling products and services to clients, as well as identifying opportunities for growth within the client base.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 4. Upselling products and services to existing clients. 5. Identifying opportunities for growth within the client base. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Passionate and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to manage and build relationships with clients. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software.
