Job Description:
Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online client service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and technical support related to our online platform. - Resolve client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve overall client experience. - Monitor online client activity and provide feedback to management on trends and opportunities for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure accurate and timely information to clients. - Contribute to the development of online client service policies and procedures.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to address client needs. - Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of online trading platforms and financial products is a plus.
