Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and general customer service questions - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional client service delivery - Stay up to date on company products and services to effectively address client needs - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives

Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically - Demonstrated leadership abilities in a customer service setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
