Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Online Client Support Associate to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. In this part-time position at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing online support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via online platforms promptly and professionally. 2. Provide technical support to clients experiencing difficulties with our online services. 3. Assist clients with placing orders online and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall client experience. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Conduct online surveys and gather feedback to help improve our services. 8. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong presentation and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Familiarity with online platforms and e-commerce websites. 6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 7. Prior experience in the tobacco or consumer goods industry is a plus.
