Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support through online platforms - Assist clients with troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service - Collaborate with the Online Client Support team to improve processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development of online client support materials and resources - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client support

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients - Leadership skills to take charge of situations and provide solutions - Strategic planning skills to help improve online client support processes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online support platforms and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Must be adaptable to changing priorities and work environments
