Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Perodua is seeking an experienced Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise to assist clients with their needs. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online client support process and implement solutions. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies. 8. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to the management team.
