Online Client Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online client support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting of technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective client support - Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client support procedures and guidelines

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in online client support - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
