Job Description:


Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level Online Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through online chat, email, and other digital communication platforms. 2. Assist clients with account setup, usage instructions, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Manage client relationships by addressing their concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively assist clients. 6. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate products or services. 7. Plan and coordinate online support activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. 8. Provide feedback to management on client trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Malay. 4. Familiarity with online communication tools and customer relationship management systems. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
