Job Description:


Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients via chat, email, and phone to resolve inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Monitor and respond to client queries on social media platforms. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions. 5. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior support staff. 6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients. 3. Proficiency in using online support tools and CRM software. 4. Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently. 5. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
