Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is looking for a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to offer accurate support and guidance - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate with clients - Strong presentation skills and ability to convey information clearly and persuasively - Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with team members - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
