Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Online Contact Center Associate to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are confident, resilient, possess strong research skills, and have excellent people management abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Provide excellent customer service and assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information. 4. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further resolution. 5. Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures within the contact center. 7. Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
