Job Description:


Gamuda Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Manage multiple online channels to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly. 4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to improve customer service processes. 8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience online.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle challenging situations. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers online. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Must be able to work part-time hours in Kuala Lumpur. 7. Equal opportunity employer.
