Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Contact Center Representative to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Online Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalations. 6. Meet or exceed daily performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Handle complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. 2. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 6. Hardworking and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
