Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and driven Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns or exchanges. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Utilize strategic planning and persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Driven to meet and exceed customer expectations. 6. Ability to strategize and plan customer interactions effectively. 7. Persuasive in promoting products and services to customers.
