Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a highly experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer care or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer care team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and effective manner - Identify and implement tools and technologies to streamline customer care processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in managing online customer care teams - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resourceful and independent problem solver - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to conduct in-depth research to address customer inquiries - Experience with CRM software and online communication tools - Knowledge of online customer care best practices and trends - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
