Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team at Hilton in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online guests. The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable, and possesses strong research and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries and feedback from customers in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, resolving issues, and answering queries - Monitor social media platforms and online review sites to address customer concerns and feedback - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Identify trends and provide feedback on ways to improve the online customer care process - Maintain a positive attitude and represent Hilton in a positive light


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and adaptable with a strong attention to detail - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of social media platforms and online customer care best practices
