Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and processing orders for customers. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product improvements. 4. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive company reputation. 5. Analyzing customer data and trends to make informed decisions on customer care strategies. 6. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals set by the company. 7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions. 4. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
