Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Sunway Group is seeking an Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via online channels such as email, live chat, and social media to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a positive shopping experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback, product-related inquiries, and service issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and energetic personality with a positive attitude towards customer interactions. 2. Strong teamwork and time management skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and meet deadlines. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred.
