Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order processing, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Provide excellent service to customers by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote products and services to customers. 7. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
