Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a reliable and energetic Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level employee, the Online Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on our online services. 3. Manage customer complaints and feedback, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed. 4. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless online customer service experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on pending inquiries to ensure resolution.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Strong time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously. 4. Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service platforms. 6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances. 7. Prior experience in online customer service is a plus.
