Job Description:


UEM Sunrise Berhad, a leading property developer in George Town, Penang, is seeking a highly motivated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 3 years of experience, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online platforms, including email, chat, and social media - Process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing online customer service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and feedback for analysis


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and driven personality traits - Proficiency in time management and presentation skills - Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
