Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online communication channels such as chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with general information, product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner - Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements according to company policies - Monitor online reviews and feedback, and escalate any issues to the relevant department - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail environment - Confident and driven personality with excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
