Job Description:


Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall online customer service experience. 3. Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary changes to enhance satisfaction. 4. Train and mentor team members on best practices for online customer service. 5. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in online customer service. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. At least 6 years of experience in customer service management. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online customer service platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
