Job Description:
Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles and possess strong communication skills to interact with our online customers effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, or social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address customer concerns and improve our services. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize customer experience and drive sales.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. 3.
