Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Petron Malaysia is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Perform research to find solutions to customer problems and provide creative resolutions. - Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy and a positive attitude. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the management team.


Requirements: - Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude towards customer service. - Strong research skills to find innovative solutions to customer problems. - Creativity in developing strategies to improve the customer experience. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficiency with computer systems and online communication platforms. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
