Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: As an Online Customer Service Specialist at PPB Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or concerns that may arise. Your main goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with our online clientele.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order processing, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer engagement and retention.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively. 3. Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required. 7. Proficiency in English and any additional language is a bonus.
