Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the customer experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude - Strong adaptability and ability to work well under pressure - Excellent presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
