Job Description:


Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and passionate personality, as well as excellent soft skills such as creativity and time management.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with online inquiries, issues, and escalations through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media. - Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer problems and ensure satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and retention. - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
