Job Description:
As an Online Customer Success Assistant at Proton Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with product orders, delivery information, and product-related questions. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer retention and satisfaction. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist in developing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and reliable with the ability to work independently. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM platforms. 7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 8. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
