Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Digi.Com Berhad is seeking an experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our online customers to ensure their success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers through proactive communication and support - Analyze customer usage data and provide recommendations for optimizing their online experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and challenges - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take action to address any concerns or issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in online customer success or a related field - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong innovation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus
