Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description: MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention - Build strong relationships with online customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Create and deliver training programs for customers to optimize their use of our online services - Monitor key performance indicators related to customer success and report on progress to senior management - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in online customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success as a Customer Success Manager in an online environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Driven and hardworking with a passion for customer satisfaction - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment - Experience with CRM software and customer success tools
