Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in the field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and guidance on utilizing our online platforms effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise. - Monitor customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and engagement. - Provide training and support to customers on how to maximize the value of our online platforms.


Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality traits to effectively engage with customers and drive success. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. - Prior experience in a customer success or related role is required. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
