Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service in an online setting. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and issues effectively - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with customers - Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback - Proven experience in a customer service or related role - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
