Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Success Officer to join our team at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. You will work closely with our online customers to understand their needs, resolve any issues they may have, and provide them with top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in online customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
