Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are hardworking and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter - Manage customer complaints and ensure that all concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and be able to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with market research and customer segmentation analysis

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - No prior experience required, training will be provided
