Job Description:


Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer success field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and orders. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues and improve customer experience. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist in the creation of online content such as FAQs, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.


Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with different departments. 3. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service best practices. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. Must be able to work part-time and flexible hours.
