Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, adaptable, and have strong presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers through various communication channels - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with online marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention - Monitor and track customer success metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and motivated personality traits - Strong adaptability and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
