Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Success Specialist at Westports Holdings Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure their success in utilizing our online services. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various online channels to understand their needs and provide solutions - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services - Provide guidance and assistance to customers in navigating our online platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the customer’s online experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to make recommendations for enhancements to our online services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - Motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping customers succeed - Strong time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to influence customers and drive desired outcomes - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in online tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
