Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our online customers have a positive experience from start to finish. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to online customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide personalized support to customers to ensure their needs are met - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve their overall experience - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues and provide solutions to customers - Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team - Motivated and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
