Job Description:


QSR Brands is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success in using our online platforms and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers using our online platforms, providing support and assistance with any issues or questions they may have - Monitor customer activity and engagement on our platforms, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Provide training and resources to customers to help them maximize the value of our online services - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are being met - Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may impact customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 2 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication and cooperation skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Familiarity with online platforms and digital marketing strategies
