Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Success Specialist

As an Online Customer Success Specialist at Genting Group in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer needs and issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies


Requirements: - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Passionate about customer success and delivering exceptional service - Strong persuasion skills to influence customers and drive desired outcomes - Innovative mindset to identify new ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using online communication tools and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
