Job Description: MISC Berhad is seeking a confident and reliable Online Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. The Online Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting technical issues. This part-time role offers remote work flexibility and the opportunity for professional development and training.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for online customers. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions. 4. Updating and maintaining customer databases with accurate and current information. 5. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to proactively address customer satisfaction. 6. Assisting with the development of online help resources and FAQs for customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online customer support platforms and tools. 6. Understanding of online customer behavior and preferences. 7.
