Job Description:


YTL Corporation Berhad is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in the customer support field.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online customer support tools - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
