Job Description:


As an Online Customer Support Associate at Sime Darby Berhad, you will play a crucial role in managing the online customer support for our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and efficient assistance to customers via online channels such as email, live chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges - Monitor online reviews and feedback and take appropriate actions to address any issues raised - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality customer service experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and driven personality with excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions - Familiarity with online customer support platforms and tools - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
